Eldad immediately called my husband and followed through and personally showed up today in the estimated time frame window. Great, efficient, and apologetic sighting scheduling and personnel conflicts. Thanks! We scheduled twice with them to come by. We were here and waited for them during their 2-hour windows but they never showed or even contacted us. Pretty bad.

I so strongly recommend working with them. They problem solved with me about what is the appropriate step for my garage door and worked around my schedule. So affordable. So pleasant to work with. It made a very frustrating experience not frustrating at all.

Shortly after, he had his team come out to repair them. We appreciated the fact that they were willing to come out and repair what was needed, rather than just trying to sell us new garage doors. Eldad even came back out another time to make some minor adjustments. We had a very positive experience working with them, honest communication, professional, reliable, and very friendly! We do plan to change out our garage doors in the next year or so and we will definitely use Summit Garage Doors when the time comes. We highly recommend them!.

He was quick to come out and assess the damage, gave me a very fair price compared to others, and told me his professional opinion regarding my options and how to proceed based on his expertise, and the new door was installed next day. It was the most painless process and his team was kind and professional. I work from home so they were mindful about coming at a time to install the door when the noise wouldn’t interrupt my meetings. Highly recommend them!
